Billing questions
01 Is the free plan a trial?
No. Essential stays free. It is narrower than the paid plans rather than time-limited, which means you can sit on it indefinitely if it covers what you need.
02 What happens when I stop paying?
Your workspace drops back to Essential. Nothing is deleted. The parts of it that exceed the free limits become read-only rather than disappearing.
03 Do you charge per person on Studio?
Yes, per active person per month. Someone who has not opened the workspace in a billing period is not counted.
04 Can I move between plans?
At any point, in either direction. Moving up takes effect immediately, moving down at the end of the period you have already paid for.
